Curious. Strategic. Human. Creative. Slightly unconventional.

I'm Kenya Jackson-Saulters, MS. I'm a writer, consultant, coach, facilitator, founder, and builder — and I spent a long time thinking that was a problem.
It wasn't. The thread running through all of it is a stubborn belief that people can understand themselves more clearly, care for one another more honestly, and build organizations and systems that make room for actual human life.
I work with organizations trying to build cultures that don't exhaust people. I facilitate hard, honest conversations. I write books and decks. And I build tools — including small, custom AI-powered ones — when the problem needs a new shape, not just a new conversation.
I do this with a strategist's mind and a maker's hands. I'd rather build something useful than sound impressive.
